Guests are permitted to park anywhere on the premises Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm. After 5 pm, guests must park in the designated guest spots located in the lower lot and display a guest pass on their front windshield.
On Saturdays and Sundays, guests may only park in the designated guest spots and must display the guest pass. Each unit is allowed to have only one car parked in the guest parking area at a time. Guests are allowed to park for up to one week. If a longer duration is required, a request must be submitted in advance to our management company (PLI Management) for approval prior to the guest’s stay. Contractors are required to make arrangements with the Superintendent in advance.
Please note that any vehicles parked illegally or without authorization will be towed or immobilized (booted) at the sole risk and expense of the vehicle owner. Therefore, we kindly request everyone to adhere to the aforementioned rules. Lastly, it is important to note that the City of White Plains generally prohibits curbside parking on all streets from 2 am to 6 am daily.
